Regenerate man pages to sync with roxygen sources
Running devtools::document() produced minor diffs in four pre-existing
man pages where the .Rd files had drifted from their roxygen sources:
- man/FilterGOF_KS.Rd, FilterHurdle.Rd, FilterZeroProp.Rd: switched
inheritance display to use \link[mlr3filters:Filter] markup
(roxygen 7.3.x default).
- man/OmicPipeline.Rd: picked up additional model names already
documented in R/OmicPipeline.R (fttransformer, tabnet, tabm,
catboost, tabpfn) plus default-value annotations on
inner_resampling and measure parameters.
No source code change; pure documentation re-sync.
