ERROR No sequence passed the filter

Thank you very much for creating this awesome tool.

I am running recentrifuge on my Kraken2 result files but I keep encountering this error:

I tried adding flags such as -y 0 -m 0 but the error persists. I also tried rerunning Kraken2 on my samples and here is the script I used:

Sorry for the delay! Could you please try again with Recentrifuge latest version (v2.0.0)? If this is still happening, please send me a head output of at least one of the control samples and one of the regular samples.
