Support Franklin AVRIS Nasa API

When I try to add https://franklin.nasa-hsi.azavea.com/ I get Connection Failed; Http error:

It is the main Franklin test instance. Looks to be STAC rc.2 implementing API 1.0.0-beta.1 at the moment.

@cholmes searching using the franklin stac provides 0 assets both with the plugin and on browser. Is this something we can follow up?

@koyo-jakanees - not sure I understand. Is the service itself returning 0 assets? Or the code of the plugin?

Looking at the stac response - https://franklin.nasa-hsi.azavea.com/search it looks like it doesn't return the geotiff that QGIS can download render. But there is a jpeg that is likely worth displaying, and qgis could likely display the KML as well. And people would likely be interested in downloading the 'ftp asset'. May be tricky to enable download in qgis, but ideally would display the the asset link for people to use.

I was not getting the items list when hitting the collections endpoint.

I get zero results, but not on every search. If I try, for instance, aviris-classic, and a bbox covering the entire earth, I get results. Other searches, specially with more restricted bboxes, return zero results, probably because there is no data for those extents
