feat: Web of Science API

Summary

Add Web of Science to the available APIs. I don't see any reason to exlude this APIs it proposes free API keys when asked.

Problem statement

We will have access to Web of Science with the same tool.

Proposed solution

Write a new searcher to query Web of Science.

Additional context

I am willing to develop this feature if it makes sense. I am already developing this for the old version of the code but I think it would make more sense to make it available directly on this version.

I've been working on this for a few days, and I think I should have a stable version of the search function working in WoS soon. When that happens, I'll let you know here so you can test it.

Perfect thank you for your work! I tested it today, something seems is not working on the WOS side. I get a 512 error, I will wait before retrying. However it is hard to get the proper error message, I had to debug manually.

Can you add the error details into the log?
In that case from the log I can get "WARNING:findpapers.connectors.wos:WoS request failed (page=1): 512 Server Error: " when looking manually I have ""details":"Unexpected server error. Seems that something is broken on our side. Don't worry, we are trying to fix it! If the problem persists, please contact the Customer Care.""

Thks for the feedback @BarzolaT, I've just improved the error logging on this part (when verbose=True)

@BarzolaT, did you manage to get WoS search working, or are you still getting that 512 error?
