Tag and publish

• Bump version (npm version patch|minor|major --no-git-tag-version)
• Merge version PR into main, then push release tag (git push origin vX.Y.Z)
• Confirm Release Docker Image workflow success
• Confirm Release Native Binaries workflow success

Deploy and verify

• Deploy image with APP_VERSION
• Health endpoint responds after deploy
• If website/** changed, run Deploy Website workflow and verify live URL
• Owner DM !release preview ... reviewed and member-facing message approved
• Owner DM !release send ... broadcast sent to affected groups only
• Rollback plan prepared/documented

v1.1.0 cut: tag pushed, Release Docker Image (multi-arch, GHCR + Docker Hub + overview sync), Release Native Binaries (8 assets on the GitHub release), and Deploy Website all succeeded. Verified live: Docker Hub tag 1.1.0, garbanzobot.com shows the new Band mode / Gateway runtime copy. Remaining: production deploy with APP_VERSION=1.1.0 + health check, and optional !release broadcast.
