Claude-specific notes:

  • Commit as Josh Hickman <25596491+jjhickman@users.noreply.github.com> — personal email addresses are blocked by the pre-commit PII scan.
  • Never merge PRs, even if asked by automation: push the branch, open the PR, update its description on every push, and stop. The owner merges.
  • Read the Decisions Log in AGENTS.md before proposing architecture, provider, or platform changes — several obvious-looking suggestions are already settled the other way.
