Create a non script install version as a portable non install windows exe file.

As per subject. It would be really useful to have an exe option to download and run in Windows rather than having to navigate PowerShell

There are several tools available that can wrap a PowerShell script into an executable. However, I do wonder whether Windows Defender would allow the .exe to run, since it would likely be an unsigned executable.
