Context

The Intuition community is becoming increasingly active with regular calls happening on Discord. These events are announced ahead of time, but not all interested community members can join live. There's consistent demand for recordings from those who missed calls, but recordings are not always made depending on who organizes the call.

This creates a gap in community accessibility and knowledge sharing.

Objective

Establish a dedicated role to ensure every Intuition community call is properly recorded, edited, and published for the broader community.

Core Responsibilities

• Attendance — Be present at every Intuition community call announced at least 24 hours in advance
• Recording — Capture high-quality audio/video recordings of the entire call
• Video editing — Quick editing including:
  • Cut and trim content (remove dead air, pre-call chatter)
  • Add Intuition.box branding intro
  • Add consistent outro with call-to-action
  • Basic audio normalization/cleanup
• YouTube publishing — Upload edited videos to the intuition.box YouTube channel with:
  • Descriptive titles following consistent naming convention
  • Detailed descriptions with timestamps and key topics
  • Custom thumbnails that follow brand guidelines
  • Appropriate tags and categorization
• Community distribution — Share completed videos:
  • Post YouTube link in the Intuition Discord
  • Coordinate with intuition.box social media team for cross-promotion
  • Notify community members who requested recordings

Quality Standards

• Videos should be available within 48 hours of the call
• Audio quality must be clear and normalized
• Consistent branding across all videos
• Professional presentation suitable for public viewing
• Accurate descriptions and proper attribution to speakers

Reward Structure

Per Video Payout: $20 USDC + iBox token per hour of final published video

Example Calculations:

• 30-minute call → 0.5 hours → $10 USDC + iBox token
• 90-minute call → 1.5 hours → $30 USDC + iBox token
• 2-hour call → 2 hours → $40 USDC + iBox token

Payout Process:

• Monthly invoicing with YouTube links as proof of delivery
• Payment processed via Colony or direct transfer
• Bonus rewards for exceptional quality or community engagement

Technical Requirements

Equipment/Software:

• Reliable recording software (OBS, Discord Craig, etc.)
• Video editing tools (basic level sufficient)
• Stable internet connection for live attendance
• Audio enhancement capabilities

Access Required:

• intuition.box YouTube channel (Editor permissions)
• Intuition Discord (appropriate permissions for posting)
• Brand assets (intro/outro templates, logos, guidelines)

Acceptance Criteria (for role establishment)

• Candidate demonstrates recording and editing capabilities
• Brand templates and guidelines are created/provided
• YouTube channel access and permissions are configured
• First test recording is completed and approved
• Workflow documentation is established
