Stereo input direct monitoring mutes when you adjust fader value

When an input (top row) is set to stereo, and you adjust the fader on whatever channel you are monitoring on, it mutes - or rather, it does not enable the mute function, but there is suddenly no signal coming through the monitors.

When you switch it to mono, and pan the two channels hard LR, you can adjust and get the signal back.

I know this is not a new issue but just raising it as a ticket for visibility until the issue is resolved.

Tested with web UI over MIDI connection. Interface is Fireface UFXIII.

Is the mono fader feature working correctly? Over the weekend I made recordings with the UFX+ and didn’t notice any issues with it, but I didn’t use the inputs in stereo.

Hi @Sojuzstudio - thanks for replying! I just tested clearing the cache and the issue persists.

Mono faders are fine. It is stereo that it is an issue.

Unfortunately, I’m not able to help with that right now. It’s likely that upcoming updates will bring fixes and new features.
I’m speaking purely from a user’s perspective, and my confidence in the project is high.
