Using custom config

Took me a bit so I figured I would post here to share. To get a custom conf file going, I dug up the path where they were present inside the container, which is /usr/local/etc/rtl_433/. This works for me for my Reolink camera.

I do not use the conf files and only use cli arguments for configuration and even custom definitions as it makes managing container easier (only docker-compose.yaml needed) I can review a PR updating README.md with generic information how to use config files

My thoughts were that the rtl433 maintainers might update/tweak the conf files should there be issues, so I avoided using custom definitions. The conf file I am referencing is within the container itself, sourced from https://github.com/merbanan/rtl_433/tree/master/conf

I'll try to whip up a PR sometime
