I'm using this tool as a module in a Lead Generation platform. This tool is super-useful for not only extracting valuable business data directly from Google. This data can also be used as part of a lead scoring / lead weighting workspace structure. Eg. If I need to sell to webtech-savvy plumbers in my hometown. I can pull this plumber data, and combine it with signals like work email address, open 24 hours and existence of a website. All of which data this tool also provides. I can assign each lead a score. Weigh these leads and stack them in a descending list. Long story short; i spend more time on leads with a better chance of converting. Finally I combine the output ndjson file with an AI strategy module, an AI email module, an organisation enrichment module, a weighting module, a GUI module, a decision maker enrichment module and other custom modules eg. Solar Reports, SEO Reports. The last step is rolling all the info into a workspace / leadlist with Twilio click-to-call functionality. Note taking, save, export, reminders and analytics etc. that interfaces with online email and calendars such as Gmail, Outlook and iCal. I've been working on this project for around 5 months. The google-maps-extractor is at the heart of my entire Customer List Manager (CLM). Software that sits between the user and a CRM. If anyone has any questions, feel free to contact me. Thanks @gosom for making this possible... |
