Add nominal and percent change in PPM to "All" view

Currently the "All" view doesn't have nominal or percent change over the past N years. Is there a reason this is omitted or would a PR be welcome?

I think there was a reason it was omitted a long time ago -- but I miss it too, sounds like a good add to me!
