The file one-liners.sh describes a step by step procedure to generate a csv file with Verkko graph annotations for telomeres, rDNA, haplotypes/hapmers, chromosomes, edge support. The hapmers folder contains a ML script to assign segments to chromosomes using relative parental hapmers abundance.
