Fieldlist scrolled to the middle after filling select one from map question if media files are added

Problem description

Issue found during testing #7261
If there are some media already added in the form then after using form with Select one from map or Geo question type, the view in fieldlist is scrolled to the middle of the form (or maybe it is scrolled directly for the image made?)

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Open the media summary test fieldlist form : media_summary_test_fieldlist.xlsx
   or scan user Summary images: https://test.getodk.cloud/projects/364/app-users
2. Scroll down to Select One from Map question and select a point
3. Scroll up to image question type and add media file
4. Scroll down again to Select One From map question and select different point or Geotrace/geoshape -> fieldlist will be in the middle of the form

Expected behavior

The fieldlist should be scrolled to the proper question.
