Feature request: Name/Message form for donations so they can be published

To drive v4v and get more interaction with the donors it would be cool to have a form where you can fill:

• name
• amount of sats
• message

After paying this info is stored. This stored data can be used within a page to show who has supported and their message.

on bitcoinfocus we have an poc with the default LNbits tipjar and a webhook (https://bitcoinfocus.nl/doneer/), native WP within your plugin would be much better.
