[bug]: Missing activity indicator with Claude Code

Bug Description

No activity indicator shows while the agent (Claude Code) is running

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a new conversation
2. Run Claude Claude
3. No indicator appears nor the "Updated date" updates

Actual vs Expected Behavior

I was expecting to see the process in a "running" state and to see it at the first place in the list since I have the "Last used" sorting method activated

It seems like the open PR icon is conflicting with the agent status indicator.

Will try to reproduce and push a fix - will keep you up to date here.

It seems like the open PR icon is conflicting with the agent status indicator.

I'm under the strong impression that the issue is different because also the date was not updating (I mean the "35m" label)
