Running Ubuntu 26.04 and Geany 2.1 (built on or after 2026-02-23). Using GTK+ v3.24.52 and GLib v2.88.0 runtime libraries.
This problem had started for me sometime early in 2026 while I was using Ubuntu 25.10. I had hoped it would go away with Ubuntu 26.04 but it didn't. I have this problem on two Ubuntu machines and have tried debugging two programs. One of them was tiny.
Something that might be important... My two PCs have old graphics cards and I'm wondering if there might be some interaction between GTK3, Wayland, and my old cards.
