Improve Chinese translation based on English locale.js

Based on the English locale.js file, this commit improves the Chinese
translation by fixing missing translations and inaccurate expressions.

Changes:
- Fixed 99 missing translations that were marked as 'false'
- Improved translation quality and consistency
- Aligned file structure with English version for better maintainability

Note: Many hardcoded strings in Vue templates remain untranslated and
would require systematic internationalization refactoring.
