      <h2>1. Information We Collect</h2>
      <p>We may collect a variety of information from or about you, as described below.</p>
      <p>Fsh acts as the data controller for personal data processed under this Privacy Policy.</p>
      <p>If you do not provide your information when requested, you may not be able to use some or all of the Service if that information is necessary to provide you with the Service or where legally required.</p>
      <h3>1.1 Information You Provide</h3>
      <p>This includes information you provide to us while using the Service such as but not limited to username, profile picture, posts, uploaded files, links, or settings.</p>
      <p>In the case of Fsh Storage, uploaded files are encrypted and private unless shared.</p>
      <h3>1.2 Information Collected Automatically</h3>
      <p>When you use the Service some information gets collected automatically while using the Service, such as but not limited to errors.</p>
      <p>We do not store information such as visited pages, IPs or other device/request info, except the operating system (Given by the User's headers) and country code (Derived from the User's IP by Cloudflare) for the account panel (EX: Windows, ES) and third parties which may process such data temporarily.</p>
      <h2>2. Information Usage</h2>
      <p>We use the information collected:</p>
      <li>To provide, maintain, improve, and enhance the Service;</li>
      <li>To communicate with you, provide you with updates or other information relating to the Service, provide information that you request, respond to comments, or questions, and otherwise provide customer support;</li>
      <li>To personalize your experience on the Service such as settings or presenting tailored content;</li>
      <li>To detect and prevent fraud, and respond to trust and safety issues that may arise;</li>
      <li>For compliance purposes, including enforcing the Terms of Service or other legal rights;</li>
      <p>We may share de-identified Diagnostics or general stats about User Content (EX: 42 Posts) in a way so that it cannot be reasonably linked to you, once the information has been de-identified, we may use and share it to improve and enhance the Service at our discretion but it will not be sold nor shared in a way that violates your rights.</p>
      <h2>3. Third Parties</h2>
      <p>We may receive information from third-parties about you if you decide to connect or use them as login.</p>
      <p>The third-party may give profile information such as but not limited to your username, profile picture, or your use of the third-party account.</p>
      <p>This information might be stored if needed to make the Service function or for things such as but not limited to login, authentication, profile data.</p>
      <p>Some third parties used by the Service that may collect additional user data include:</p>

      <p>To process your information, we rely on the following legal bases under applicable data protection laws:</p>
      <li>Consent: You have consented or accepted the use of your information, for example, making a public post.</li>
      <li>Contractual necessity: The information is needed to make the Service function, for example to facilitate your registration and respond to your inquiries.</li>
      <li>Legitimate interests: The information is necessary for legitimate interests, such as ensuring the security of the Service, preventing fraud and abuse, and improving the Service, provided that such interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.</li>
      <h2>5. Information Sharing</h2>
      <p>We may share information with the following categories of third parties.</p>
      <li>Other Users: The Service often allows for User Content to be shared, this information needs to be shared to make the Service function and may be index by online search engines, this includes but is not limited to your username, profile picture, and other profile information (but not private or personally identifiable details such as email address or real name). We are not responsible for the other users' use of available information, the privacy of the information you post is your responsibility.</li>
      <li>As Required by Law: We may access and disclose your information if we believe in good faith that doing so is required or appropriate to: (a) comply with law enforcement requests, such as a court order or subpoenas; (b) respond to your requests; or (c) protect your, our, or others' rights, property, or safety. Any legal requests made to us will be de-identified and publicly displayed.</li>
      <li>Consent: We may also disclose information from or about you with your permission.</li>
      <h2>6. Third Parties</h2>
      <p>The Service may contain links to other websites, products, or services that we do not own or operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. Please be aware that this Privacy Policy does not apply to your activities on these third-party services or any information you disclose to these third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any information to them.</p>
      <h2>7. Privacy Rights and Choices</h2>
      <p>You have the additional rights described below regardless of country of origin.</p>
      <p>You may request access to the information we maintain about you, update, and correct inaccuracies in your information, restrict or object to the processing of your information, have the information deleted, as appropriate. In addition, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.</p>
      <p>You may withdraw any consent you previously provided to us regarding the processing of your information, at any time and free of charge. We will apply your preferences going forward and this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before you withdrew your consent.</p>
      <p>You may exercise these rights by contacting us using the contact details at the top of this document. Before responding to your request, we may ask you to provide reasonable information to verify your identity. Please note that there are exceptions and limitations to each of these rights, and that while any changes you make will be reflected in active user databases within a reasonable period of time, we may retain information for backups, archiving, prevention of fraud and abuse, or where we otherwise reasonably believe that we have a legitimate reason to do so.</p>
      <p>If your country of origin grants extra privacy rights, those also apply.</p>
      <h2>8. Data management</h2>
      <h3>8.1 Retention</h3>
      <p>We take measures to delete your information when it is no longer necessary, unless we are required by law to keep this information for a longer period. When determining the specific retention period, we take into account various criteria, such as the type of service provided to you, the nature and length of our relationship with you, and mandatory retention periods provided by applicable law and any statute of limitations.</p>
      <h3>8.2 Security</h3>
      <p>We use a variety of safeguards designed to keep safe the information we maintain. However, since the Service is hosted electronically, we cannot guarantee the security or privacy of your information.</p>
      <h3>8.3 Children's Privacy</h3>
      <p>The Service are directed to a general audience and are not directed to children under the age of 13. By agreeing to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, you represent that you are allowed to use the Service according to your country's applicable age limits.</p>
      <p>If we learn and verify a user is under the applicable age requirement in their country, we will delete all data about the user from the Service as soon as is practicable.</p>
      <p>Please contact us if you believe that a user is in violation of this Privacy Policy.</p>
      <h3>8.4 Other countries</h3>
      <p>The Service is hosted in locations abroad (EX: Spain, USA), if you use the Service from regions of the world with laws governing data processing, you accept that you are transferring your information to our hosting locations for storage and processing. By providing information to Fsh, you agree to such transfer, storage, and processing.</p>
      <h2>9. Cookies</h2>
      <p>Cookies are only used to store session data, no cookies by the Service are used for tracking or commercial purposes.</p>
      <h2>10. Changes</h2>
      <p>We reserve the right, to modify or replace the Privacy Policy at any time.</p>
      <p>By continuing to access or using the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised privacy policy. If you do not agree to the new privacy policy, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.</p>
