Question: how to wrap this project with Cordova project?

I have clone the project. Now I want to make it run with the device (Android/iOS etc...)
How can I do that?

Another thing: is it possible to wrap the Framework7 V4 with Webpack (this project) with AngularJS 1.7.2?
