1. SCOPE

This software ("Software") is provided in binary form only.
The source code is not provided and remains proprietary.

The Software is licensed, not sold.

This license governs the use of the Software commonly referred to as
the "Community Edition".

2. DEFINITIONS

"Private Use" means use by a natural person for personal,
non-commercial purposes.

"Educational Use" means use by students, teachers, or educational
institutions solely for teaching, learning, training, or academic
research purposes.

"Testing Purposes" means use of the Software solely for internal
evaluation, testing, proof-of-concept, benchmarking, or compatibility

"Commercial Use" means any use of the Software that is intended to
