[FEATURE] add NFO support

✨ Feature Description

Add the option to upload an NFO file and display it on the torrent page (at the bottom?).
It could be edited after submission (like the description and tags).

What's the default data included in an nfo file ? Author, title, audio ? Is there a "model" somewhere ? To extract data.

A lot of information is included in these files (complete video information, audio information, and subtitles).
Some teams use their own nfo format, so it's not easy to parse them.
At first, I think it would be better to just allow sending and display it on the torrent page (as many trackers currently do).

For parsing, I am attaching an example (created by the ‘MediaInfo’ generator).

There are already some projects that read nfo files (and even generate them), such as https://jukop22.github.io/fichegen/
The parser is clearly not perfect (it often fails to find the information), but it's a start.
