HOOKS: Make a SCM scripts hooks

Description

Create a SCM scripts hooks for the game process change. SCM scenariors allow to control game and remove standart Vice City features such as missions, pedestrians and etc.

List of functionality requirements

• Find the memory address which contains path to the game data in Android OS
• Create hook.cpp class with game scripts loading hooks
  • Add the hook and insert in main.scm in loader from scripts folder
