In #837, selection of minions was introduced.
This should be extended to the NodeGroups screen.
Describe the solution you'd like
Keep separate registration of minions (existing) and nodegroups (new).
CommandBox on that screen should use minions+nodegroups.
Panel menu on that screen should use minions+nodegroups.
Use separate counter on status-line, e.g. "2 selected nodegroups, 3 selected minions"
Additional context
minions may appear multiple times on that screen when they are part of multiple groups.
selecting a minion should visually mark all occurrences.
