hocon_pp flat-dump should have a JSON version

the idea is something like below?

hocon_pp:flat_dump(Value, #{format => json})

the response should be:

[<<"{\"path\": \"path.to.key\",\n\"value\": 123\n\"source\": \"/path/to/file/name.conf:123\"\n}">>]
