How do you skip the cover of a book?

For encyclopedias, not being able to skip the cover messes up the entire layout. Is there a skip cover option I am missing?

Wonderful news! Thank you very much. Thorium Reader is just incredible. And another question, if I may. Will Thorium Reader be available on Android? I haven't found anything that can read EPUB FXL perfectly.

Thorium is now a name used for the (original) "desktop" variant, as well as the "mobile" Android and iOS platforms, and the "web" reader too.
