Ability to delete individual notifications or clear all notifications in the bell dropdown

Hi Ed,
currently, it is not possible to remove entries from the notification bell's list. Notifications remain listed indefinitely, even though the underlying items have long since been resolved/handled.

Suggestion:

Add an option to delete/dismiss individual notifications from the list
Add a "Clear all" option to empty the entire notification list at once

Benefit:
This would keep the notification list relevant and readable, instead of accumulating outdated entries that no longer reflect the current state.
