Cortex-M52 belong to Armv8.1-M architecture, same architecture with Cortex-M55/Cortex-M85
Cortex-M52 port not supported by ThreadX right now
Do you have planning to add Cortex-M52 port support? Maybe I can do that work.

I'm planning to add Cortex-M52 port.
Similar with cortex_m55 and cortex_m85, the only difference is the Name "Cortex-M55" VS "Cortex-M85"
I will copy ports/cortex_m85 directory to create a ports/cortex_m52 directory， and change the name to "Cortex-M52"
