Open Telemetry

Is there a world where the server and client stacks get telemetry tracing and metrics that could be monitored in consuming applications?
The .NET UA Standard SDK has been doing this and its been insightful.

@ebrown14 can you tell me little more about why you want this and what kind of tracing and metrics you would expect? Are you using multiple servers and clients and trying to do correlation? Are the OPC UA diagnostics that every server already has not enough to get the info you're after?
