this is linked to eclipse-wildwebdeveloper/wildwebdeveloper#2085.
If this is not the correct place to report since this is technically only the CDT repository not the one for the final product (that I couldn't find), please point me there.
I noticed via multiple steps that the Eclipse IDE for C/C++ Developers 2026-03 has the org.eclipse.wildwebdeveloper.embedder.node plug-in bundled, but not one of the plug-ins with the actual Node.js runtime. I think this is sub-optimal and should be changed, either drop the plug-in or add the runtime one for convenience.
If I can be of any help with adding this, just let me know.
