Is it possible to differentiate between presets and user behavior?

if there is a way to distinguish between the input and output of the app's presets and the log of the user's actions？

Currently I can get all the information, but it's hard to distinguish

I am also having trouble distinguishing which actions were from the user or which ones were either presets or a result of a user's action triggering a e.g. updateSelectInput
