support for other language

Currently, cloud is only able to show English cloud. Is there any way or plan to show other language, like showing chinese terms...

The plugin is translatable. In #74 I added some changes that let also translate the heading of the tag page. Also the sort should now support the right ordening for more languages.

Is there more missing?
