Request definitive minimal example for Pluto equation numbering

I've had quite a bit of trouble finding definitive guidance on implementing equation numbering in Pluto. Below is the tl;dr version of my request with (much) longer notes attached:

May I suggest posting as part of the documentation a screenshot of a minimal functional Pluto notebook showing the code and markup blocks of importing the needed packages and three or more numbered equations? This would be EXTREMELY helpful for non-computer-expert folks like me who are confused by the forum discussions.

Hi @e2734pls, thanks for your issue and your notes (and appreciation inside the notes)
I am have not used equation numbering since a long time so it might be that something broke with either Pluto updates or KaTeX (the JS library used for this).

I will try to fix this and update some guide on how to use it in the next days when I find some time.
