Description

awscurl currently lacks support for AWS SSO, fetching credentials from ~/.aws/credentials while sso credentials are stored in ~/.aws/sso/cache/

This prevents the tool to be used with SSO profiles

The JWT credentials stored in ~/.aws/sso/cache folder is not IAM access key, you still need run aws sso get-role-credentials. It's a bit complicated to do a full SSO integration for awscurl tool.

My recommendation is use a shell script before calling awscurl:

1. run aws sso login to get cached JWT credentials
2. run aws sso get-role-credentials to get access key
3. set env vars for access key credentials
