Code couldn't be Uploded

Hello every body
I'm using Arduino mini EVB microcontroller, CH340E TTL Programmer And Arduino IDE
The Guinness have been done step by step, I compiled a simple code and compilation is successfully but But it won't upload on Arduino mini EVB.
I am getting this error.
please help me. thank you
