Perhaps this could be shortened slightly to best resemble reality?

It's easily modified, but I'd appreciate if you can find an example from recordings of Phil on the Amey system and measure the gap and compare it to what the website currently does.

You can use a program like Audacity to import audio files and measure the duration between the time and the operator name.

I recall quite studiously going through such recordings (and having others do the same!) when configuring the current timings of the "gaps", so I want to be sure that amending it is the correct thing to do.

Hi, I've found some real-life recordings and made a generated version of the same announcement. I've also "merged" both the IRL and generated announcement together to depict a real-time comparison.

I think in real life what happens when the software pieces the audio files together, they follow immediately on from one another (i.e. there is no gap between the time and operator name recordings). So therefore the 'gap' in question between the time and operator name is practically 0ms.

Obviously its such a minor issue... everything else seems great!
