Good call — both points make sense.

1. Agreed on placement/visibility: this helper message should be shown only when Dash Core is disconnected (and placed at the top where it is immediately visible).
2. Agreed on wording: "network tab on the left" is unclear in the current UI. I’ll update it to reference the actual Settings path/label.

I’m opening a focused follow-up fix for this UI text/placement issue and will link the patch here.
