a mess of errors in case of clicking Refresh with no Dash Core connected

in case of no Dash Core connected and the user clicks Refresh many times:

1. Similar errors appear many times
2. clickX doesn't work( impossible to close the messages)
3. The errors are shifted to the left and are invisible even in full-screen mode; you can't scroll sideways.
4. blank areas/blocks appear

Thanks for the detailed report + screenshot/video.

I already fixed the repeated chain-lock polling error spam path in branch thepastaclaw:tracker-228 (commit 8f56e34d), which should address the duplicate-message part when Core is offline.

I still need to investigate the layout/positioning issues you reported here (left-shifted/invisible errors, uncloseable UI state under repeated refresh). I’m opening a dedicated follow-up for that and will report back with a separate fix.

Should be partially fixed, one thing to do is to use unified, actionable error messages without scary technical messages, tracked in #660
