Cannot create archive volumes in short file name mode

7-Zip creates archive volume names with suffixes that match the `\.7z\.[0-9]{3}$` regex.  If long file names are not available, then this causes:

```
System ERROR:
errno=1 : No such file or directory
```

Omitting the `.7z` substring in each archive volume name if `LFN=0` will be the solution.
