Kubernetes ready PGWatch

Current PGWatch helm chart lacks of a features that would enable production ready integration in kubernetes environment. In order to satisfy that, there should be at least implemented:

• SecurityContext integration
• Ingress Resource & TLS
• Subcharts for Grafana, Prometheus
• Dynamic environment variables (ENV)
• ExtraDeploy object
