refactor: move 12 explanation articles into cyber/research namespace
future of computation, theoretical foundations, universal law, tri-kernel architecture, cybergraph model architecture, state model, cyberlink protocol structure, privacy trilateral, hashing and confidentiality, data availability strategy, storage proofs, conservation — all moved to root/cyber/research/. Removed cyber/explanations.md index page (cyber/research/ namespace replaces it). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
