refactor: move 63 cyb/ pages to ~/git/cyb repo, declare as subgraph

All cyb namespace pages now live in ~/git/cyb/graph/.
Subgraph declared with repo: ../cyb in cyb.md frontmatter.
Root cyb.md remains as the declaring page with short definition.
