unable to run cvat-ui source code

Hello team, facing some issue while running cvat-ui source code (npm start/npm build), cvat docker image running fine but i have customise cvat-ui source code.

and also .env file is blank please suggest .env file configuration

getting issue : webpack-dev-server --env.API_URL=http://localhost:7000 --config ./webpack.config.js --mode=development
