Collecting old CTFs and writeups

Currently, this repository is pretty much empty. We need help with:

• Getting a list of old CTFs from 2013
• Collecting files and descriptions related with these CTFs for the github repository
• Generating the default layout (skeleton) for each CTF
• Collecting writeups and scoreboards for each CTF and updating the README.md for each CTF

I don't know how far back CTFTime has their archives, but those may be useful.
