MOLE.jl registration improvements

In order for us to register the Julia implementation of MOLE in the official Julia Registry, we need to meet some requirements. Here is the list of the ones we currently violate.

Things that need to be addressed:

• Update the compat entries in the Project.toml file #417
• Change MOLE.jl package name and update all paths (?) #418
• Copy LICENSE to julia/MOLE.jl directory #419
