Name of the generated file does not use product_name

For dmg, it use product_name, but for appimage and nsis, it use binary name

For consistency, it would be nice to use the same everywhere, and it should probably be product_name

Hi @wiiznokes. Can you share the exact output filenames you get for dmg, appimage, nsis and msi when product_name differs from the main binary name?

mostly asking to make sure this is only a naming inconsistency at the final artifact level and not something deeper in the per-format packaging logic.
