edgelq_sdk/meta/compilers/annotations/multi_region.proto: File not found

I am trying to generate files from proto in watchdog-sdk , but i am getting this error.
edgelq_sdk/meta/compilers/annotations/multi_region.proto: File not found

I checked in edgelq_sdk , there is no such file. Please help in that
