Dashboard - [Save] button needs to be on/off based on validation

validation and [Save] button don't seem to work properly - need to get improved as follows (A or B either way)

A. Validation check -> [Save] button switches to On or Off

ex) Invalid dashboard name -> disable [Save] button 

B. Keep [Save] button On & block from saving when anything is invalid

ex) click on [Save] button -> do validation check -> if any, display validation on relevant input fields 
      -> stay in customize page until invalid items get fixed and click on [Save] button again.
