Support for IPFIX dataLinkFrameSection

When using Junos based routers, there are some bad limitations when using sFlow.

Juniper recommends using Inline Active Flow Monitoring when you want fast detection and overcome netflow aggregation - which is basicaly IPFIX containing the Ethernet Header as dataLinkFrameSection.

Would be great to enhance IPFIX Feature Set for having Support for dataLinkFrameSection.
