[IPMITOOL] handle IPMI's 20 character limit for passwords

We might want to handle the max password for IPMI. Maybe some kind of a warning? or something else?

"For IPMI v1.5, the maximum password length is 16 characters. Passwords longer than 16 characters will be truncated.
